Cancellations & Rescheduling * If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. * Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 30% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total. No-Shows * Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will also be charged a 30% no-show fee. * Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit before booking future appointments. Late Arrivals * Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to modify or reschedule your service to stay on schedule for all guests. * Depending on the circumstances, the 30% cancellation fee may still apply.
